Jessica has made a name for herself in dental laboratory management through her innovative remote order entry system. This system, which she developed and perfected, optimizes case entry, production, and workflow, benefiting labs of all sizes by improving efficiency and profitability.
With a background in ceramics and a deep knowledge of removable partials, Jessica is known for her hands-on approach and strong people skills, making her a standout in both consulting and production expertise.
Driven by a passion to become certified in all areas of dental lab technology, she brings warmth, problem-solving skills, and a BA in English and Political Science from Purdue University to her role as a leader.

Randall Berry
President and Owner

Randall brings over 35 years of experience in the dental lab industry. With a Master’s in Dental Technology from NYU and certification as a dental technician, Randall has held executive roles at TP Orthodontics, DenMat, and other major labs, establishing a legacy of high standards and excellence.
Dedicated to sharing his extensive knowledge with his team, he aims to develop a world-class partial manufacturing facility in the U.S.
Known for his approachable and FUN personality, Randall has a unique method for finding top ceramists—he’s found his best ones at make-up counters!
